TECH2030
What we do

Services

Centered on designing and building enterprise AI transformation, extending to development, our own products, and industry websites — owned by one team.

How we work

All four businesses follow the same sequence

Whether it's AX transformation or a website, we move by the same principles — assess, design, build, and embed.

  1. 01

    Assess

We understand your work and goals first. It starts with agreeing on what we're building and why.

  2. 02

    Design

We design the information architecture, features, and data flow — aligning the picture before we build.

  3. 03

    Build

We build fast with type-safe code and validate it in real environments.

  4. 04

    Operate & embed

Launch isn't the end. We measure, improve, and embed it into your team.

01

AX Transformation

Rebuilding your company around AI.

From frontline diagnosis to pilots to company-wide adoption. We design and build AX that embeds LLMs and automation into real workflows and turns them into results.

Learn more
What we do
  • AX diagnosis & roadmap
  • LLM · RAG · agent build
  • Workflow automation & adoption
  • Security · governance · enablement

A good fit when

  • Organizations where repetitive document and inquiry handling consumes staff time
  • Organizations whose internal knowledge is scattered and needs search and summarization
  • Leadership that has decided to adopt AI but not where to start

Deliverables

  • Task inventory and priority matrix
  • Transformation roadmap and architecture design
  • Pilot results (RAG search, document automation, agents, etc.)
  • Security & governance guide and onboarding materials

What drives timeline and cost

  • Scope and number of target tasks
  • Data readiness (formats, permissions, quality)
  • Number of internal systems to integrate
  • Security requirements (on-premises, VPC, restrictions on data leaving your environment)
  • Length of adoption support and number of people to train

Timeline and cost depend on the variables below; we quote after reviewing your requirements. You're also welcome to talk with us before requesting a quote.

Frequently asked questions

In what order does an AX program proceed?

Assessment confirms target tasks and data; design fixes the roadmap and architecture; a pilot is built and validated in real work; and it ends with rollout, in-house adoption, and training. Each stage leaves a deliverable.

How are AX cost and timeline determined?

They depend on task scope, data readiness, number of systems to integrate, security requirements, and the extent of adoption support. We quote stage by stage after reviewing requirements, and assessment can be run on its own first.

Can small and mid-sized companies do AX?

Yes. A pilot on a single task is a valid starting point. We also review options to combine it with government AI adoption support programs.

02

Custom Development

Web, app, and systems, built to fit.

Modern full-stack on Next.js and TypeScript. From planning to auth, payments, and deployment — code that stays maintainable long after launch.

Learn more
What we do
  • Web · mobile app · admin
  • Next.js · TypeScript · React
  • Payments · auth · roles · APIs
  • Cloud deploy · maintenance

A good fit when

  • Companies and institutions that want one team from planning through launch and maintenance
  • Teams rebuilding an existing system on Next.js and TypeScript
  • Services with must-not-fail features such as payments, authentication, and permissions

Deliverables

  • Requirements definition and screen design
  • Source code (repository handover) and deployment environment
  • Admin console and operations documentation
  • Post-launch maintenance plan

What drives timeline and cost

  • Feature scope and number of screens
  • Number of external integrations (payments, auth, APIs)
  • Design complexity and responsive scope
  • Whether data migration is needed
  • Scope of post-launch operations and maintenance

Timeline and cost depend on the variables below; we quote after reviewing your requirements. You're also welcome to talk with us before requesting a quote.

Frequently asked questions

How do you estimate a quote?

Based on feature scope, number of screens, external integrations, design complexity, and whether operations support is included. Share your requirements and we quote after a free consultation.

Who owns the source code?

Delivered source code and repositories are handed over to the client. Deployment environments (Vercel, AWS, etc.) are set up under the client's accounts.

Do you handle maintenance after launch?

Yes. Post-launch monitoring, improvements, and new features can continue as monthly maintenance.

03

A good fit when

  • Services that need an operating cadence of improving by metrics after launch

Deliverables

  • Product definition and metrics design (GA4, events)
  • Subscription, billing, and permission structure
  • Operations dashboard and monitoring
  • Experiment (A/B) and improvement loop

What drives timeline and cost

  • Product scope and number of user types
  • Complexity of the billing and subscription model
  • Data pipeline and analytics requirements
  • Infrastructure scale and availability requirements

Timeline and cost depend on the variables below; we quote after reviewing your requirements. You're also welcome to talk with us before requesting a quote.

Frequently asked questions

How does your own product experience help client projects?

We apply what we learned building and operating our own products — billing, subscriptions, metrics, incident response — directly to client work. The judgment comes from operations, not theory.

Can you join from the SaaS planning stage?

Yes. We take part stage by stage, from product definition and metrics design to subscription and billing structure and post-launch improvement.

Can you take on improvement of a live service only?

Yes. We first assess the metrics, set the improvement items, then iterate on experiment, release, and measurement.
