Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the terms and conditions and procedures for the use of the services provided by the Company, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company through the site, including website development, AI solutions, mobile app development, consulting, and other related services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses the site and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

• When it is otherwise difficult to provide the Service based on the Company's reasonable judgment

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.

• Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or modifying the site's content without authorization
• Interfering with the operation of the site or accessing it through abnormal methods
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties
• Any other act that violates applicable laws and regulations

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

• Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all content posted on the site (including text, images, videos, designs, and source code) belong to the Company.
• Users may not commercially use the content without the Company's prior written consent.
• Intellectual property rights in project deliverables shall be governed by separate agreements.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The Company shall be exempt from liability where it is unable to provide the Service due to a natural disaster or an equivalent force majeure event.
• The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the user.
• Information posted on the site is for reference purposes only, and the Company shall not be liable for any decisions made based on such information.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

• Disputes concerning these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• In the event of a lawsuit related to disputes arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of competent jurisdiction.
